Free smart phone app implementing the principles of flexible dieting. With the primary aim of being a pleasure to use year round. It is fast and focuses on the things most important to body composition and health.

Lower tech methods like a note book and Calorie reference can be employed to get results in your diet. But nothing is as fast and comprehensive in tracking, planning and meeting your dietary goals. Daily and weekly totals of macro-nutrients, pie charts and weekly averages. Accurate food database means that just about every food you come across has already been entered and it's quick to log. One of the keys to IIFYM or Flexible Dieting is quick and accurate macro totals.

JEFit
Workout routine planning and tracking. You can start with the free version and upgrade to the pro version cheaply if you like it and want more.

I don't let JEFit totally dominate every workout. Feel and overall goals must be respected. But JEFit helps to add the required structure to a weight training routine and progress. Otherwise I find that I miss important exercises or don't plan and progress my routine as a whole. JEFit really shines in it's routine handling and not just single exercises like other fitness applications that we have looked at. Long term tracking can make all the difference to understanding how you are progressing.

I don't think many people have the scientific understanding and experience to rival Lyle McDonald when it comes to fat loss. His website is a true treasure of the internet.

Ian Mccarthy - Lifting For Life
Many real and well put together videos. Dispelling supplement marketing BS with basic scientific facts.

Martin Berkhan - Lean Gains
The guy that really made the case for intermittent fasting to prove that eating 8-99 meals a day wasn't required at all.

Alan Aragon
The man does a mean research review and has a ton of real life experience.

Kevin tells it like it is, has a real dislike for OCD BS and makes 24 hour fasts look good. The man's love for chocolate exceeds even ours.

Have purchased from these guys several times. The pricing, quality and service has been great.

I would note that their Creatine Monohydrate is very cheap and was once like beach sand. However the latest supply quality is amazing and easily rivals the Creapure below.

Professional Whey
Have purchased some great quality WPI and Creapure Creatine Monohydrate. The Creapure was really the reason that I purchased from them and I can say that it was well worth it.

Equipment

Workout World
Supplied the gear we have at home. Staff at Gold Coast, Lutwyche and Capalaba stores were all very helpful.
Not all stock can be had online so do checkout a local store.
With a GE Card you can take home a lot of gear with very little down.

Sam's Fitness Equipment
Haven't personally purchased from them yet but the equipment looks fantastic ...drool...
Particularly their Power cage/rack and Iron Master Adjustable Dumbbells.
