We don't recommend trying to count or offset exercise Calories for two reasons. Offsetting exercise Calories under these two conditions of reality is a recipe for going no where.

Reasons for not counting or offsetting exercise Calories

This is not a feature of your Calorie counter that you want to use.

  1. There are just way too many variables in trying to calculate a particular persons energy expenditure on a particular exercise day.
  2. You don't want to put yourself in a position of trying to out work Calories eaten.

Do Set Up Diet Based on Lifestyle and Goals

  1. Set up your exercise program base on lifestyle and goals.
  2. Then set up and adjust your diet to support your exercise and lifestyle goals.
