We don't recommend trying to count or offset exercise Calories for two reasons. Offsetting exercise Calories under these two conditions of reality is a recipe for going no where.
Reasons for not counting or offsetting exercise Calories
This is not a feature of your Calorie counter that you want to use.
- There are just way too many variables in trying to calculate a particular persons energy expenditure on a particular exercise day.
- You don't want to put yourself in a position of trying to out work Calories eaten.
