Hey, he is eating carbs! This one is for the anti carb eaters out there. You can have your abs and pancakes too.

While it is very true that most westerners eat far too much carbohydrate. From sugars and highly refined foods. This does not make any of them evil. Going to extremes and cutting carbs out completely is not the answer. Trust me I know from experience of not eating "complex carbs" for a whole year. In fact you will impair sporting performance to some degree if you do and it's just not necessary. You will have carb cravings for a reason, they are easy energy and a percentage of what you eat is simply for energy.

How to have your abs and pancakes too

This picture has been taken after a 7 week fat loss phase. Going from around 14% Body Fat to around 11% BF. While including chocolate, pizza, pancakes with a large intake of vegetables and quality protein sources. All chosen to meet my macro nutrient and micro nutrient requirements. Not notions of good and bad foods or clean eating.
